These nerve impulses and electrical signals are then converted into chemical signals aka our hormones and based on that transformation our bodies either produce cortisol, adrenaline, – our fight or flight response which includes stress, anxiety, fear.. or dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins – our happy hormones, which include happiness, love, creativity..!
Based on these input , the nervous system responds by sending signals to muscles, causing them to contract, or glands, causing them to produce secretion… thereby regulating or dysregulating our whole being !
